It's very long, and it's ultimately very, very funny. Many of them are, actually :P

Umm ... I can think of one word to describe this and it isn't 'funny'.  It's 'apt'.  ;)

They have arms, the artist just doesn't draw them in unless they're needed.

Nudity? Meh, I've seen it.  As Lobo would say, Whoopty-fraggin'-doo.  Like the little boy said in Kindergarten Cop, "Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina."  Now you know.

It is funny.

I really didn't find it funny.  Not out of some 'I'm an American so this isn't funny' thing, either.  It just wasn't.  Took way, way too long to get to a simplistic punchline.  I mean, I get it and it's totally true but it just didn't tickle the ol' funny bone.  That said, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it aside from that it isn't all that funny.    I also didn't think that wolf story somebody else posted was funny.  Maybe my sense of humor is broken, I dunno, but it takes more than that to make me laugh.  Or less.  It all depends.

Agreed. It was funny, but it took to long to get to the punch-line. At a certain point it just started to drag. By the time it got to the punch-line it was "o.k."

Yeah, it wasn't terrible or anything it just didn't hit me as terribly funny.

It's the timing. Had it been half as long it would have been funnier.

Humor depends on a lot of things. Culture, personal background and taste are going to affect what you find funny.

Big Hollywood productions, among others, use simple jokes because they want to make sure a lot of people find them funny. But small fries like the Armless Super Team of Toons can aim for a paticular crowd.

It's not that the joke wasn't funny, it was. It's that it took too long to get to the punch-line. I could tell you a joke that would require 3 pages to type up, and you might like it. I could shorten that joke to 4 lines and you would probably find it funnier. It's about the timing.

That certainly had a lot to do with it.  Meh, it needs a li'l work is all.  Heh.

I've got it!  They went with an Aristocrats set up with a 'two guys walk into a bar, the third one ducks' punchline.  That much build up requires a more punchy punchline, IMO.

Too much setup for too little payoff. Would've been a lot funnier cut down to 3 or 4 panels. Penny Arcade would've made that thing gold.

Scandanavia and the World is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it is hilarious. Other times, not really.
