I'm looking to create a directory page for a character compendium where users can post their individual character wiki pages.

I've started a page here, but can't seem to figure out how to edit the heading, or find where this page would fit best.

  • Does anyone else think this is a good idea?

  • Are there any wiki guru's willing to help?

  • Should this project be scrapped instead?

Advice and criticism, welcome.

I like the idea but I don't have any advice to give.

Well, maybe one little bit.

Look for the creators of the Lords of Creation campaign that used to run in the campaigns and adventure workshop. (I think)

They used a wiki for keeping track of the actions/creations of all the deities.

My guess is that Ff6shadow and Thelorekeeper would probably be the most knowledgeable with regard to wiki editing out of that group.

For starters, I've gone ahead and converted an old character.doc into the wiki database.

Jaxson Alderdash can be found here on my wiki page.

Still looking for folks interested in creating a character compendium.

I think it's a great idea. A few questions:

Is this entirely about fluff, or did you just leave out the mechanics for that one character for other reasons? Is it only Star Wars, or for any and all settings? In the latter case, perhaps there should be a logo beside the headline for the setting - otherwise, imagine the confusion when I post my Imperial Inquisitor from DH :D.

I am the LoreKeeper, but with a fresh new name.

I'm honored that somebody reccomended me for help, how can I be of service?

Sounds like a good idea to me, others can draw inspiration for characters posted here.
