Content like this might discourage the thrill seekers that are too meek to attempt such suicidial stunts, thus increasing the possibility that they breed more offspring too smart to throw their meager lives away for petty thrills. Given that they are cheap thrill seekers, I estimate they would be too stupid to stop machines from establishing a dominant civilisation.
