The show isn't that good but the concept sort of is, IMO.

And if I was anygood at homebrewing it would inspire me to make a Cape Fighter, still trying to decide if I would make it a Fighter build that utilitizes a cape or a ranger build that does something similar.

Anyway, it is still a fun little show. The big draw to me is the Carnival of Crime. It's pretty funny too at times.

In short, the show isn't spectacular but it's a good time waster and is pretty entertaining.

So has anybody else watch it? What are your opinions?

Basically the way a guy in a comic would, toss it out like a whip to wrap around guys throats, but the real advantage is distraction. The cape whips in front of the bad guy's face and his fist follows it, just an example. He does most of the fighting with his fists but the cape helps.

I saw previews for this show. The name of the show + the previous made me not want to see it. It was pretty bad. Your description of the fights and his powers really make it so I want to avoid it.

LOL, No offense, Pervo, but I'm having trouble differentiating when you're being serious and when you're not. That's more my problem than yours though.

No, there aren't any cape powers. The cape is an illusionist's cape though, so he can do illusions with it with the aid of things like smoke pellets or catching knives that are thrown at him and throwing them back with the cape, not his hands.

Basically, he was trained by the Carnival of Crime to be an acrobat and other things you'd find in a carnival. It does retract and expand though, so sometimes he's wearing out and all billowy and stuff and others its tucked up around his neck and shoulders.

Understandable, H_S. Like I said, it's not a great show, just sort of fun.

I had originally wanted to watch it, but dude... those previews killed me. I couldn't sit through the whole preview, how could I sit through a whole episode.

I had hope for it when it first came out.

The previews nearly chased me away too. I figured I'd watch the pilot episode and see and well, the previews weren't hiding anything. I mean, it's better than the previews made it out but it is really kiddish.

I guess that's why I like it, reminds me of the way I felt when I read comics in my younger years. I mean I never read comics looking for Hemmingway, just something fun, and the show is like that.

I watched the pilot. I wish I hadn't.
