| #1Lord_VentnorFeb 17, 2009 10:00:47 | Seriously. I got woken up today by a fire alarm, warning everyone to get out. At 3:30 AM. So me and everyone else in my dorm were waiting outside in the rain (I brought my umbrella with me, about the only good thing that happened). Even as I get outside, I see several emergency vehicles outside, and I'm wondering what's going on. Eventually, it's become clear that this problem wouldn't be resolved quickly, so everyone is taken into the gym to wait until the problem that I still hadn't heard about was resolved. I eventually learn that someone was messing around with bleach (not the anime) at 3:00, screwed up, and now the HAZMAT people were over there cleaning it up. We had to wait in that gym for three hours. I kid you not. Eventually, the cafeteria people heard about it, and opened early to allow us to go get breakfast. I had left my wallet in my room, but one of my roommates bouht me breakfast. The moral of this story? Don't mess around with bleach!!! Seriously. |

I was trying to make a super cleaner and didn't bother to read what was in the one package I used before I added the bleach. I read it after the odd looking cloud started forming over the mop bucket, though. No HazMat involvement, but I did get a nice, clean floor. And minor brain damage. ;) :D |
