My friends and I have use a combination of ventrilo, aim chat rooms (using their random rolling command), and a chunk of excel spreadsheets with reference information/etc along with character sheets in excel so we can pass them around as needed. However, I still always feel there could be more the aid in making things easier, either through software, or other methods we havent really thought of. So if anyone has any ideas, or experience, id love to hear it. |

They work with any connection, and are both good for playing, with FG being a bit more userfriendly and ORPG being a tad more customizable. As far as character sheets go, we usually put the relevent data into a spreadsheet or a fillable PDF that we can save. |
