#6 Cpt_Micha Jun 17, 2012 10:48:43	If he's been playing Civ Two for ten years chances are he's living on his own, and capable of supporting his hobby. He's probably got his **** together more than you do :p They are up to Five civs by the way, and they don't come out very often. Also you'd probably like Civilizations. It's alot like the games you play.

It is produced by Fantasy Flight games, so it has 20,000 little cardboard playing pieces in various shapes and colors. But that guy playing a game for 10 years... yeah, doesn't impress me. Kinda makes me sad though...
#8 Cpt_Micha Jun 17, 2012 11:41:46	I want to try the board game. I'm kind of a fan of Fantasy Flight at this point so that really intrigues me. The pc games are all excellent.   It's impressive, because I didn't know you could keep a game going that long. Also it's interesting cause I have to wonder, just what the world in that game looks like after 10 years of play. I'd love to see a time lapse of how that game world evolved in ten years, bet you could make a hell of a novel based on that game session.
#9 pigknight Jun 17, 2012 14:41:52	I currently have a game of Civ V where I, the Piglantian Empire (Japan) have been a scientific, peaceful country for several thousand years until the war betwix Montezuma and Alexander started to get near me. Then they both declare war on me so that they cant fight it out in my borders. I precede to crush them with soldiers that are an entire period ahead of them and wipe out Greece and the Aztecs completely. The other countries declared war on me for no reason and after attempts of peace and with my citizens in danger I was forced to nuke the hell out of everyone. Gotta love starting on a ton of plutonium and not knowing it.
