Definition of Au Pair: Show Someone to watch my son during working hours whose payment is that they get a reimbursed trip to Europe (or if already living in Europe, a free trip to the Netherlands :P), a place to live with all living expenses covered for a whole year, plus a nice monthly allowance for spending cash, totaling about 475 dollars (340 euro).
