Even though I have a DDI Subscription, I have no access to the Toolbox

Hey,

 

I just registered myself and bought a month of DDI. I was curious how the Tools work and what I can do with them. But when I click on the link, he brings me always to the "Subscribe to D&D Insider".

 

Do I have to Subscribe for every Tool there is?! I thought with the Subscribtion of D&D Insider I gain automatically access to the Tools.

 

The eMail I received says the following.

The subscription can take up to four hours in some cases to fully activate. If you are still having problems, please email us at http://www.wizards.com/customerservice and we will straighten this out for you.
