Of course not, but is seems pretty likely to me. It's not so much the content as the execution: the design and use of language is far too competent, lacking the histrionic mouth-foaming fervor of most conspiracy nuts or the naive idiocy of a moron like Glenn Beck. It could be legit, but it doesn't feel so.
