Finding new players or new DMs

Does anyone know a good resource for finding new players or DMs in search of a group?

Currently we play 3.5 and have played 4th. We are looking possibly for more players but also a DM who has some considerable skill.

Location Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Please let me know if anyone knows of a source or anything?
