#2 LFK Sep 28, 2011 8:25:33	Acid trips are faster paced, lol. Though, yeah, the film is meant to be trippy. It's using a bad drug trip as the visual metaphor for dying, which is something that a lot of old cultures did, and some still do, as a rite of passage into adulthood: get you blasted on nasty hallucinogens, put you in miserable conditions, and welcome you as a man when you make it back from one of the most intensely unplesant experiences possible.
