Quote:

Would you like to be terrified by some more rabies facts, courtesy of WebMD? Here you go:

Rabies in humans begins with symptoms such as fever, cough, or sore throat. Later, symptoms become more serious and can include restlessness, hallucinations, and seizures. The final stage is coma and death.

If you think you've been exposed to the rabies virus, it's very important to get medical care before symptoms begin. If symptoms appear, it's too late for a cure, and the infection will probably lead to death.

Well, It's the Ravens.
I'm surprised they haven't given an STD... to each other.

You are assuming that rabies isn't an STD commonly passed around by the Ravens.

If ravens can pass rabies along, blue hens may also be able to.....

Screw the Ravens, you know they used to be the Browns right? Sure Browns kept the name, and I dont think any of those Browns are still with the Ravens, are they? Any way either way ts LAME. Both of those teams are sooo fake, knowhatimean? You see what Im saying? The Ravens arent really the Browns, and now the Browns arent either.

It really pains me to say this, but...

Go Bengals!

I've heard of rabid football fans, but I thought those were encountered only in Britain and minor Eastern European leagues.

Apparently you've never been to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Here, in 'Stiller' country if your not wearing Black and Gold on Sunday then you'd better have a good reaon or prepare to be ridiculed, stared at angerly, or have beer dumped on you (and not the good stuff). Having lived in Pittsburgh all my life, I think Steeler  fans have got to be some of the worst type of fans I've ever encounterd both in stadiums and even in the off-season. I have to admit, however, that I've never been the the West Coast or to a Oakland or San Diego game where apparently the fans Knife each other.

I think it was just cuz it's Philly.  They've literally got nothing else to do and a few years ago their city was ranked #1 in the 'worst looking women' category - also a true story, bro.  What else can they do?  That stupid bell's already cracked, ya know?  Not like they can crack it again.

Yup, and I've been to Philly. The sandwich wasn't that good. I've had better versions here in Florida.

True story: I went to Philly on a physical education conference and while there, we were eating breakfast at this little shop downtown. I got a bagel and asked the waitress if I could have some cream cheese. She said they didn't have any...... I said to her "So, you don't have any available here, but there's some in the back right?" She said "No, we don't have any in the store." I proceeded to ask how the hell a resturaunt in PHILADELPHIA doesn't have frickin' PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE!!! Just boggles the mind. That's like going to Chicago and not finding a pizza shop that doesn't do Deep Dish or here in Pittsburgh, it's a big thing to put Coleslaw, eggs, and French Fries on sandwiches.

Maybe that's why philly makes the worst fans. They got ugly womenz and bad teams. If I had both of those here in my neck of the cali-forn-I-A I would also be and heck of an angry bad fan.

Yeah, all we got is bad teams here.  Our wimminz are pretty ok for the most part.  But yeah, our teams can be so bad that the fans do stuff like throw beer bottles at the players and refs.  That doesn't matter so much anymore since they went to plastic but it used to.  'Course our fans then started throwing dog bones and, you know, batteries.  But overall we don't seem to be as frustrated as the Philly folks do.  And our teams are, like, way worse.  Basketball, football, baseball - all worse.  So I guess that means our wimminz is far superior.

See, we have hot women here. It's probably why no one cares about our teams. Heck, it's probably why great athletes come to Miami and then play horribly in their respective sport. Too many distractions.

As I said, truly rabid fans are endemic to Britain and Eastern Europe
(beer having dumped on you? what, did you hurt their feelings or used a wrong pickup line?)

Good point - and good fix.

Since some of ya'all are unedumacted in the ways of the one true football, lemme explain that li'l dig: the SEC is the Southeastern Conference in D1 NCAA (College) football.  Teams in the SEC hail from such luminary states as Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.  So yeah, not exactly states known for being non-drunk, race friendly and non-violent.
