As I was looking through my cabinet and came across the greatest Udon noodles in the world. Problem with that is I don't feel like making an Udon, but I do want to use the noodles. |

| #3ViolenceJackJan 20, 2010 1:16:15 | Scallops are actually great with a nice light curry, and if you like wine I recommend adding some white wine to the curry, and drinking the rest of the bottle with the meal. And your cooking sounds a bit like mine; I live in Japan, but don't know how to cook Japanese-style. So I just make what I like using the ingredients available, and it turns out as fusion 'cause that's what it seems to end up as when you use Japanese ingredients and western style cooking. |
| #4lizardmageJan 20, 2010 8:22:45 | Scallops and Wine would be awesome....save my wife hates scallops and I can't drink ![]() Anyway, yeah I enjoy mixing various flavors and cooking styles from different regions, you always get something unique, and so far unique has been good .Every so often I consider opening a diner, but reality strikes and I realize that such an undertaking is not wise right now. |
