As for where, I wouldn't do it on these forums, typically these forums get looked over by those who do stuff in paper. DotA forums might be a bit more towards what you're looking for though. It worked out pretty well. I'll probably post there again when I am ready to start the new 4e campaign in the fall. Of course, if D&DI ever comes online, it might make that a legacy board, but I doubt it.
