I'm fairly new to these forums, and was just wondering if I could get brought up to speed about these forums. How the forums work, any ghost rules that might be out there, ect. It would be much appreciated! A big question I have is what is the difference between Off Topic Tavern, and the Community Business forums? They seem fairly similar, but I feel there are those small things that differinciate the two, lol.
Anyway, thank you for your time

Well, Community Business is for, you know, community business.  The Tavern is to discuss all things not D&D that are allowed by our fairly rigid CoC.  More specifically, CB is for stuff like asking questions about the forum rules, mentioning forum bugs, etc.  It's a forum about the forums - not their content, but the forums themselves.  The Tavern is just for fun.  And violence.

But only the kind of violence that falls within the bounds of the fairly rigid CoC.

That reminds me football starts up again soon.

Oh, you mean the "football" in which the players use mainly their hands and the ball isn't even a ball?

PS If you see mention of an Edition War in the OTT it's a play-by-post game parodying the whiny fanbois that takes place here not the actual whining fanbois.

(I was supposed to start the newest one like a month ago but college and stuffs get in the way.)
