I mean if I was to hack the CIA's website, I sure as hell wouldnt be telling everybody about it, thats just stupid, very stupid, and this is the CIA were talking about, its not going to take them too long to figure out whos responsible, especially being as they are tweeting phone numbers and what not. ANd the government is probably going to crack down on these asshats and others like them by givng themselves more jurisdiction over the internet, which means were all going to get ******!! Thanks alot ****tards!!! God! I swear people like that just make me want to beat them with large metal objects, ya know?
#3 pluisjen Jun 16, 2011 1:40:37	I'm guessing they feel pretty safe. I can understand the feeling, given they've already proven to be able to take on the CIA by taking down their main site. Although I fear that it's not exactly run by their top agents, so they may very well have bitten off more then they can chew.
#4 jetshield Jun 16, 2011 1:48:10	Crashing the CIA's public web site is hardly showing you're able to "take on" the CIA. It's not like they affected any CIA operations or gained any secret data. For all we know, the CIA might outsource their web design/hosting.

Hm if they didn't actually get anything interesting and the CIA outsources they didn't really do a lot of damage either. Site seems to be back up now. We'll see how this turns out... Guess Lulz is stretching the web a bit... it is an outdated piece of technology. Lets see how it holds under all of this.

This is the CIA the people who run black ops operations in every corner of the globe, some hacks who are giving out their phone number won't be hard to find. A few weeks from now all of these ****s will simply cese to exist. Which will mean that the next group will at least not publisize the attack. Is that the same CIA that prevented 9/11? No, this is the same CIA that supplied information about something major occurring in August or September of 2001.  Which their superiors chose to ignore or didn't connect the dots with other agencies intel.
#8 zombie_babies Jun 16, 2011 11:55:55	I read an article that stated that most of the newer hackers are not American.  So any OP to get these guys would likely be stopped before it started.  Specially cuz a lot of hackers live in, you know, China.  Them guys across the big puddle that we owe, like, more money than we have to.

I don't think the hackers have that much to fear. I'm pretty sure the CIA has better things to do than chase down some computer geeks that didn't actually cause any damage. They're probably too busy spying on people that disagree with politicians and making them disappear when they discover cold fusion.
