Somehow I doubt that will stick. The judge may be able to stop him from driving in Florida, but I'm guessing he'll be driving around some other states.

Yes, since it would allow for better marking of things like Impared Driving repeat offenders or dillweeds like this guy who just should never be allowed to drive. On the flip side the transition cost would be pretty big, and I can see the outrage from all those Arizonans with their valid-for-50-years DLs.

I say we give Arizona to Mexico. They're pretty useless. As to the cost... yeah it would be pretty hefty, but it could be spread out. It may even reduce costs in the long run... who knows.
