By Paladin Press, although they got sued over it, surrendered the rights, so it's now open domain and can be downloaded legally all over the Internet. Anyone read it? I have, and it quite honestly has the sort of author who makes Ron Hubbard and Byron Hall call bullshit on his credentials. I mean, I never take the Paladin Press stuff entirely seriously, but this is so ridiculous only its pseudo-professionality makes it worse (i.e., liable to get you killed). So when not regaling you with anecdotes of his own "contracts", the "methods favoured by me and other connoisseurs" and the "professionals I have worked with", the author will teach you how to make suppressors (which aren't going to work the way he says they do in a million years, unless your name is Matt Damon) or how to infuse your JHPs with curare (WHAT?). You know, they banned it because it allegedly helped somebody perpetrate a murder. That's what I'd call blind dumb luck - I wonder if it wasn't written by a jaded cop who hoped to make his job catching amateur assassins easier.
