| #1EscherEnigmaDec 14, 2009 12:24:48 | So where do y'all go for the holidays? Normally, me and my partner split up on the holidays, he goes to his family, I go to mine. I'll probably stop by his parent's house 'round Christmas to visit and drop off some silly gifts for his nephews and spend a few hours with him 'fore I head back home, but other then that we spend the holidays apart. Kinda silly I know, but eh. It works for us, ya know? Anyway, so, y'all do anything for the holidays as far as visiting or being visited by relatives? |

Then I'll take some beers an' cookies over a friend's house and 2 or 4 of us will BS into the wee hours. Christmas is at my parents' house with other family (aunts, uncles, grandpa, brother & wife, etc) after we open gifts at my house. This year, we don't have the kid on Christmas, so he may luck out and get to open his on Christmas Eve. My parents also may not have it at their place this year. I guess my aunt wants to for some reason. But now she may not be able to so I have no idea. I'd rather it be at my parents' house cuz I'd be infinitely more comfortable there, but I'll go to my aunt's if need be. The day after Christmas is the day we have my fiancee's mom and step dad over our house for a day after Christmas dinner/gift exchange. So Christmas is a three day event for me. Yay. |
