I'll tell you, but before I do, I should warn you that you really should watch it, as it's quite good. Anyway, spoilers ensue from here:

Cameron talks to people about destroying her husband's man-juice (is the real word filtered?), and when talking to House, she says, "I don't expect my condo to burn down, but I still have fire insurance." House responds, "If the condo contract didn't let you have fire insurance, would you go homeless?" She then talks to Chase and agrees to have the juice destroyed. Chase asks her if she really wants to do it, and they come to the conclusion that it's not an insurance policy, but rather the last vestige she has of someone that she loves. They decide not to have it destroyed but still get married.

House has repeated conversations with Wilson about how he had sex with Cuddy after detoxing. Wilson helps House straighten out whether he really wants a relationship with Cuddy or whether he just wants to play a logic game. He warns House that playing games if he really has feelings for her will get himself hurt, or worse, hurt Cuddy. House decides that he's in it for the real deal. They both come to the conclusion that House should get her really mad so that they talk.

House announces from the overpass above the lobby to everyone that he had sex with Cuddy. Cuddy freaks out and fires him. House talks to Wilson about it, and then goes into Cuddy's office. Cuddy mentions him telling a lie, which he didn't - he really had sex with her. Or so he thought. It flashes back to the previous episode where he talked to her and brought her home to help him detox. It shows his version, but then it shows the real version - she just walks out after a usual inappropriate comment. House had hallucinated the whole thing. He never detoxed; he even hallucinated that his pill case was Cuddy's lipstick whenever he took his pills. He hallucinated the symptoms and the relationship. Cuddy realizes what happened and gets House to explain. They both go into Wilson's office and explain. Cuddy goes to Carmen and Chase's wedding, and Wilson brings House to a psychiatric ward.

It was insane. I loved it.

Carmen and Chase's wedding was like a minute and a half. It falls squarely between the Foreman getting sick episode and Three Stories (I think that's what it's called) in terms of entertainment. For mind-blowiness, it blows most episodes out of the water.
