I didn't dm, the other guy did, he played strategically and stuff while he controlled 2 pcs and me too, 2 pcs against the first encounter. but we all lost.
We had bad rolls, more than average. and the monsters? more than good rolls to crits and rarely bad rolls.
Talk about hard mode in retrostyle!
Still im not gonna let this bad experience stop me playing teh game (He knows how to play and i learnt some things)
I think that games day adventure encounter one is so hard and unbalanced, a bad roll will ruin everything.
We had too mucdh bad rolls on all 4 characters, the monsters didn't. That was it.
