#4 Timmeh Dec 01, 2011 14:38:05	You can (totally ) measure this in a completely scientific way. Also, for debt/capita, you've got to take into account income/capita. Color me unsurprised that many of the states that have the highest income per capita are also the ones that have the highest debt per capita. Not that (some) of them aren't also screwed up in that regard, but at least you're getting a more accurate picture. Try this out instead.
