Possibly, but I think it would be a split-D.You have to remember, Floyd is a counter-puncher, possibly the best counter-puncher boxing has ever seen. He has amazing speed. He has an amazing defense. The shoulder roll defense he has is what keeps him from taking any real damage.He has awesome hip movement. He can sway back and forth, and side to side to avoid getting hit. When his opponents miss, that's when Floyed attacks. He is able to get people out of position, and this gives him the ability to strike with devestating effects. However, you have to take into account that Jones has a huge reach advantage. Floyed has a 72 inch reach, while Jones has an 84.5 inch reach. That's 12.5 inches Floyed has to overcome to land a punch. Floyed may be able to do it, but it may cost him. While Jones isn't knocking people out constantly, and some have questioned his KO power, he still weighs about 90 lbs more than Floyed. One good hit may sit Floyed down.

But it would be soooooooooooooooo much fun to watch! Could you imagine what a guy with Jones' skill set and athleticism could do against a much smaller and lighter opponent who had no wrestling training? I think we would see Floyed getting suplexed from the start of the round until he was just flopping about. Of what is Jones trained with Steven Segal and just traight up front kicked Floyed in the grill?
