Basically someone is going to expose the remains of a Dino to a singularity. black hole radiation will alter the Dino's Quantum History so the difference between Dinosaur and Human (the whole death by comet, or flu virus) will cease to be. The existance of the Dinosaur Will re-activate as two seperate realities pass through one another. The Dino will live again. Humans will suddenly find themselves stricken by the need to feed...

Ok, I just need to modify a minigun to fire scrap metal-rounds similar to flechette ammunition. That removes zombie dinos and zombie 'umies real good.

That's a more original and cogent premise than most zombie movies.... I give it an 8.
