The Budlight sign is actually on the scale, but I wouldn't put it passes Nick Diaz to drink such terrible trash. |
| #4zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 7:52:48 | This could be fun! I wonder, though, just what Diaz could do against Machida. All I can come up with is 'lose'. |

He can get knocked out while losing. Nick hasn't been knocked out. He has two TKOs on his record, but it would be so much more fun to watch him get knocked out.

Yeah, it would be fun to see Nick throw a flurry of punches and miss every single one. Machida is ridiculously fast at 205. I imagine he would be even faster at 185. That should be really fun. This fight won't go the distance. Nick would hold his arms out and try to talk smack to Machida, and Machida would drop Nick.

| #8zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 10:31:25 | Yep. It'd be even funnier if Nick tried to take the fight to the ground - not that he would. Nope, he's gonna wanna take the man way and get KTFOd. I wonder if he'll take it. |
| #9homicidal_squirrelAug 15, 2013 10:45:35 | I really hope he takes this fight, and Machida does too. This would be one of the most watched fights. I think it would rival Weidman vs Silva 2. The difference is that people would watch this fight just to watch Nick get pounded into unconsciousness. |
| #10zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 11:39:44 | Yup. Machida's style is no good for Nick and there's no way in hell Nick could bait him into a brawl. Even if he did Machida would still kick his ass. |
| #11homicidal_squirrelAug 15, 2013 13:01:27 | Just thinking about the possibility of this fight actually occurring makes me as giddy as a school girl. Diaz' s style is perfect for Machida. Machida would be able to show off some awesome striking with Diaz walking straight in, blocking with his face. |
| #12zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 13:28:10 | Yup. I wonder if Diaz would even be able to hit Machida, too. Like, he's jukey as hell. This may be the fight that gets Machida his mojo back! |
| #13homicidal_squirrelAug 15, 2013 13:40:19 | Yeah, after giving Diaz a movie quality beat down, Machida would probably feel as if he was greatest fighter ever... and he would definitely look the part. I imagine that Machida would start of with a crazy display of kicks. Afterwards he would punch Diaz in the grill, leaving Diaz's face looking even worse than it looks on a day to day basis. I know, that sounds really hard to imagine, but I think Machida can pull it off. |
| #14zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 14:14:56 | Oh yeah, Machida could definitely send Nick back to the plastic surgeon. |
| #15homicidal_squirrelAug 15, 2013 15:04:47 | Dana needs to make this fight happen. It would make some serious money, and it would be one of the most entertaining fights in ufc history. |
| #16zombie_babiesAug 15, 2013 15:11:18 | Yup. It'd even be great on a free card. Lotsa ad revenue. Oh, the bar I go to has decided (finally) to air UFC PPVs! There'll be a $5 cover but I don't care. It's gonna be sweet! Er, if I remember they do it now. |
