| #1chapienDec 20, 2008 13:43:11 | i am just wondering, what internet browser do you all use? I personally use Google Chrome. |
| #2pigknightDec 20, 2008 13:44:27 | Intarwebz Explerer |
| #3onusboneDec 20, 2008 13:56:44 | Mostly Firefox, but when Chrome implements adblock I will be all over that. |
| #4shinikamaDec 20, 2008 14:07:17 | When at work, IE6. At home, my PS3 (which is why I can't post from there). |
| #5DralenanDec 20, 2008 16:12:29 | Firefox 3 |
| #6paradoxes9Dec 21, 2008 21:08:07 | Mostly Firefox, but sometimes IE and (shudder) AOL, because I've had my AOL email address for over ten years. |
| #7sigil_beguilerDec 22, 2008 14:53:06 | Just Firefox 3, you won't see me touch IE with a 10 foot pole. |
| #8Joseph_SilverDec 22, 2008 15:11:48 | Firefox. |
| #9eldritch_lordDec 22, 2008 15:47:51 | Firefox. I've done enough development work/beta testing for it through some of my high school programs that I'd sort of feel hypocritical if I used another one. ;) |
| #10fabius_maximusDec 23, 2008 5:45:11 | IE? Ts. Whoever still uses this piece of crap has either no choice or has just no idea. I use Opera. I'd switch to Firefox (better support and gimmicks), but Opera's navigation abilities are just too comfortable. |
| #11GrummanDec 23, 2008 6:58:05 | Firefox. I tried Chrome once, but after it installed additional software without permission, I'm never going back to it, even if they do implement an adblocker. |
| #12evil_wizardDec 23, 2008 10:32:16 | Firefox with some addons. |
| #13FireclaveDec 23, 2008 11:52:20 | I use Firefox as my main browser, but I use Opera and (shudders) IE for testing. |
| #14The_White_SorcererDec 23, 2008 14:00:36 | Safari. C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!* Show *That's applicable here, right? Right? I'm still hip! |
| #15eldritch_lordDec 23, 2008 18:41:06 | *That's applicable here, right? Right? I'm still hip! Well, you would be...but you're advocating using Safari. Everyone who is anyone knows Firefox is the cool one. ![]() |
| #16minja_dupDec 23, 2008 19:04:47 | Firefox, mostly, sometimes explorer when I watch instant movies on Netflix. |
| #17terronusDec 23, 2008 23:52:15 | Firefox, mostly, sometimes explorer when I watch instant movies on Netflix. Likewise. Dunno why Netflix only works on IE, but *shrug* at least it works. |
| #18onusboneDec 24, 2008 0:50:36 | Likewise. Dunno why Netflix only works on IE, but *shrug* at least it works. Firefox has an add-on called "IE Tab" that allows you to run IE thru a firefox tab. Just pick which sites you want to run on IE and it will do it automatically. BTW, Netflix on-demand is teh awesome. |
| #19zombie_babiesDec 24, 2008 9:40:13 | I'm stuck with IE at work. I used Netscape at home. Since so many here seem to think Firefox is da bomb, I've been thinking of updating to it. I have one (probably stupid) question, though. Is Firefox set up for tabbed browsing? At first, I didn't like it, but now I'm hooked. If I hear that Firefox does have tabbed browsing, I'm gonna hafta join the cool-kids club, I think. ;) |
| #20fabius_maximusDec 24, 2008 13:31:24 | Safari. C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!* |

If I hear that Firefox does have tabbed browsing, I'm gonna hafta join the cool-kids club, I think. ;) Most definitely it has tabbed browsing; one of its claims to fame is that it was one of the first to do so. So yes, you're gonna hafta force yourself to be cool, whether you want to or not. |

Really? That is awesome, I will have to check it out. And Netflix is one of the greatest inventions ever. I watch so many more movies, and cool old ones that I would otherwise likely not get to watch. |

So if you like Netscape, you'll likely love FF. As was said, it originated tabbed browsing. |
| #25powercatDec 26, 2008 18:14:12 | I use Firefox at home, Internet Explorer at work and my parents' home, and I used Safari at my last job (where we used Apple computers). |
| #26farmer42_dupDec 26, 2008 19:06:13 | On topic: I use Explorer Mobile and FF. I've been playing around with Chrome, but it just doesn't do it for me. Note: If anyone knows a way to get FF on a blackjack II, lemme know. |
| #27aran_kellDec 27, 2008 13:53:21 | Firefox as much as I can. at home and at work. I use Opera when I must (Wii and iPod) but if I could have Firefox, I would. work tried to keep me from Firefox some time back, but I managed to work around our IT department's shenanigans and use it with impunity now. I use Interweb Exploder when I have to recreate customer issues, bt for no other purpose. |
