May 23, 2010 19:20:00 Honestly, that's kind of the point EE. We don't really have News anymore. the closest thing to news we have now is the Daily Show and the Colbert Report.

As for a possibility why a satirist was rated higher on the poll, perhaps many humans like him poking fun at news related material, and these fleshlings are induced by comedy as opposed to typical news broadcasting. Of course the poll could also be skewed with only three other contenders. There is also a possibility that fans of TIME® tend to be fans of Jon Stewart.
