Do you mean my natural color, or dyed to a natural color? Cause I had black for a long time before my husband left (he really liked it), and that's natural color.
But if you meant my natural color, I think about two years ago, right before/after my son was born. I had let my hair grow out so that I wouldn't have roots to maintain after I had him, so I had it natural for a while.

I use Got2b Rubber Cement for fauxhawk purposes. Really good hold with a bit of flexibility. Not sure how well it would work for that kind of length, though - you might need something really stiff.
Sometimes you gotta' thin the herd for the good of the farm ;).

Heehee. :D I just wish there was an industrial club here I could go and dance to. One of the gay bars has a downstairs room, and that dj's cool, but he has to consider his audience. Thus, I don't get as much techno/industrial as I'd like.
The dyes aren't harsh at all, and don't really inflict any damage.
The bleaching does make my scalp tingle, but it usually only hurts right after I rinse it out. My hair/scalp is naturally oily, so it bounces back pretty well after my destroying it. :D

I think the classes that the kobold fits into the best are the fighter and the rogue. The shifty ability gives them a deadly advantage in melee situations. It can also be good for caster cuz it's a minor action to shift away rather than a move. I was just thinking that they might also make good Staffizzies and barbarians.

Every race is more than just cannon fodder. All the 1 HD races in 3e were just cannon fodder that could be killed in one hit. All that is gone with 4e.
Kobolds were never cannon fodder in my games, but then again, they usually weren't adversaries, either.
Minions tend to be PC killers.... or at least in some of my games.

I haven't decided if I want to do "highlights" or "chunks" in another color, or what color to do them in. I have a "rose red", which may or may not be darker (I expected this to be brighter), but I'm also considering doing something like a purple or blue (which will likely turn purple).
I will likely go with the Rose Red, possibly Mandarin. But I'm going to let it fade a bit first (likely another week). I might put Lagoon Blue (bright blue), but only if it's faded enough.
I may just keep adding colors as it fades. That might be fun! A new color every week!

I did once, but I don't anymore. All of the brands use basically the same ingredients, and it's just not likely that I'll react to them. Especially since I use the same brand now for each color.
Anyway, I had to wash it out.
So my SO had some crazy hairspray, göt2b glued or something. I tried using it to spike my hair. It got quite sticky, and sort of held the cone shape, but it wouldn't stand up. Looks like if I want to spike my hair for you lot I'll have to get some glue to put in my hair. Too bad Halloween is so far away... I'll probably have cut my hair before then. And it's not like I have any ohter occassion to put my hair in a ludicrous hairstyle for.
Anyway, I had to wash it out.
I got a bart simpson haircut when I was little. My barber gave me this pink hair stuff that came in what looked like an underarm deodorant dispenser (Cylindrical and you twisted the bottom to get the solid to peek out the top). I remember that stuff worked pretty well. Wish I could remember the name of it for you.
Anyway, anyone else have wacky hair adventures? Shaving weird things into your cave-man beard counts!

If you want to dye, I highly recommend Jerome Russell Punky Color.
The Alpine Green stayed a long time in my hair, and faded to a cool turquoise color.
While it washes out a lot for a couple weeks (I dyed my shower mat, and have to use old towels), I find the colors to be really intense and very easy to apply.

And you should totally dye your hair, Sier_laBeguileuse. You're young and can be irresponsible.
If you use a dye on dark hair, it will give you a cool sheen, rather than the outrageous colors I have, which can be a great way to get into it without worrying about destroying your hair.
You won't get a bright color if you don't bleach it first. You'll get a nice under/overtone if you just use it on dark hair. When the light hits it, it will show the color.

Well, I only ruin my hair because I do it A LOT. And I bleach without remorse, which can tend to fry hair.
Going lighter with dark hair is something to be careful with.
I recommend trying it out! Just get some dye (I recommend Jarome Russel's Punky Color - it won't destroy your hair) and do a stripe in your hair. If it doesn't turn out well, it will likely be little-noticed.
Or you could just do the tip of a section or something.

My sister is lucky like that. She doesn't have to look respectable for her job1, so she tries all sorts of things, from having bright blue extensions put in to having waves of color. I don't think she's ever gone and bleached her whole head so she can give it some real candy colors, but it's still pretty radical.

One of the guys I work with told me he came in for the interview for the job he cut his hair since he felt long hair might not be appreciated at this place. So he cut it a professional length. He then told me the first person he saw working here had a bright pink mohawk and was wearing a black kilt with combat boots.
His first thought was "SON OF A B@#$%! Why did I cut my hair?"

The highlights (via cam flash) are particularly good, namely the 3rd frame on your crown. The sheen coming off the violet regions is very peacock-esque if that makes any sense. Nice. Can see that from orbit. Wish I had that discretion.

There was a time, God...College plus a year or 2, I was pushing 18+ inches. Goes w/ the territory I guess (you're supposed to look all bohemian and bla bla bla in fine arts). Yeah, anyway...

Eh, the mustache was because I was cutting my hair for summer... at the time I was riding my bike a lot and it was getting very uncomfortable having that mane, so I cut it down for comfort. Quite different then cutting your hair because you want to get a job.
As is, I'm in a loose cycle of growing my hair for a year or two and then cutting it off when it gets long enough to donate.
I just hope that when it comes time to start looking for a real job once I finally get around to graduating (and after grad school if they let me in) that it'll be around the time to cut my hair anyway. It would be a shame to have 10 inches and have to cut it off to get a job.

Ditto, I shear down the sides/back w/ no guard (clippers) as it's way the Hell cooler, but like my bangs long, top an inch or 2, dab of goo, ready to work. Affords me enough wiggle room to change things up if I go to club, a formal event, or need it functional for outdoor stuff, whatever.

Wouldn't you know it, Karen steps up to the plate and bamf!, flame gout burns off 5-6 inches. Oh, and blast shield is down for a later attempt = little droplettes of motlen silver flying in a cramped studio...not good. Still have a couple tiny white dots/scars on my forearm.
-Ceramics; the prior "Face v. Vase ruling of '97"...the real injustice is she was nearing completion of this masterwork vase, beautiful work, right? Leaning in, reaaallly close for perfect minute detail to brush out nail marks & so on, hair slips in -> world's fastest headbutt into a 2 foot marvel of clay & metal disc ensues. And she's stuck like that until we can "rewind" it manually as it were.
