So it's the weekend1.  Which means I get to wear my kilt agian.  Yay!

I'd take a picture to share, but I don't know what happened to my cables that would allow me to download pictures from my camera.  Or where my camera is.  I mean, I'm sure it's somewhere, just haven't unpacked it yet apparently.

Anyway, to make a discussion, do you lot wear anything different on your respective weekends that you don't normally wear on workdays?  I wear my kilt and a t-shirt on the weekend (today will be my **** CENSORSHIP shirt, I think) as opposed to my work-day blue jeans and button-downs.
________
1Compressed work schedule, I do fourty hours in nine days so every other week I get a three day weekend.   Woo.

I wear jeans on Fridays at work and on the weekends.  Sometimes shorts.  Typically I wear cargo pants an' stuff.  I also wear shirts I can't wear at work cuz of content or imagery.  Like this one Celldweller shirt I have that's sort of anime-esque and has a succubus lookin' chick with exposed side boob on it.  It's not very conspicuous and I'd probably get away with wearing it cuz the coloration sorta disguises it but it ain't worth the risk.  But yeah, I do dress somewhat differently.

So one regular week followed by 4:10's. I actually like that sort of scedule but most of the time job sites are work more, more, more.

Nah, Mon-Thurs (both weeks) are 9 hour days, every other Friday is an eight hour day.  The weeks aren't equal, but it works out over the pay period.

During the weekend my clothes tend to have more holes in them, but other then that they're not very different from my regular clothing.

Unless you want to count "couldn't be bothered to get dressed", which I sometimes wear when I can't be bothered to get dressed. I don't wear that at work.

I didnt realize it was Kilt Day. I'll need to mark that down on the calendar.

You know what day it is though? Bad Poetry Day! *looks at clock* Well damn, it was, guess its over now, I need to do a better job of keeping up with these odd "holidays" that they have on the calendar at work, I fully meant to make a thread dedicated to Bad Poetry Day, but I guess its too late now. Or is it?

Ahem

Today is tomorrow
and yesterday was then,
how shall we start now,
how shall we begin.
Pick up the pieces,
or start all over again?

Pfft... I work in production, manufacturing and warehouse work - all my clothes are dirty and have holes in them. There are only two differences between work and weekends: when I go out on the weekends I wear my better-looking/better-fitting jeans and t-shirts without holes in them, and when I'm just hanging around the house I wear my older jeans/shorts that usually have holes in places that prevent them from being worn in public, my older grubbier t-shirts and I usually don't bother with underwear.
At work I usually make at least a vague attempt to look neat and clean, but at home I just can't be arsed to put appearance (or even public decency) over comfort.

I usually end up wearing nicer things on the weekends, because we usually go out to eat or something, and also I like to look nice for my man.
