King of Fighters movie

So, as I understand it from IMDB, the upcoming King of Fighters movie will have Terry Bogard, and Mai Shiranui, but not Andy Bogard. Who's idea was that?

Also, is it just me, or would Ray Park make a much better Joe Higashi than Rugal Bernstein? Granted, I'm much more familiar with the Fatal Fury characters than the other KoF cast, but still, this looks as badly cast as the Street Fighter movies.
