In places like the beach where parking is a pain, it would reduce that aggrevation. In places like NYC wher parking is at a premium and you pay ridiculous amounts just to park your car, you can avoid that expense.  It's actually a good idea.

It's suposed to be $9-15/hr and $60-115/day, depending on the type of car you are renting. There is supposed to be about 8 parking lots in the area where you can pick up and drop off the car.
