Jan 26, 2010 12:06:41 I have only very rarely seen them actually delete a thread (and it was much deserved when it happened). It's much more common for them to lock it and let it fall off the front pages. This is not a new thing.

Jan 26, 2010 12:19:49 Actually, as far as the OTT is concerned, deleting threads was far more common than locking them. Still, it happens all the time either way.

Jan 26, 2010 13:53:34 Generlly speaking, it seems to depend on how long the thread is. The longer it is, the more likely it is to be locked instead of deleted, while a short thread that's already hit the limit of unacceptable material is more likely to be poofed.

Or at least, thats the way it seems to be to me.
