#2 zombie_babies Oct 19, 2011 9:41:15	Umm ... the dog wasn't properly registered.  The family can get the dog registered for a fee (which is something that happens when you register pretty much anything) and take it home - along with the puppies.  'The shelter says I can't have my dog unless it has an abortion!' then, is a lie.  They can, they just don't feel like they have to follow the rules that all other legal dog owners do.
