The only Drow words that exist are the names of the places and items in published books and adventures, and whatever bits of dialogue may have been published in the novels (which wouldn't necessarily make it official anyway).
The only D&D race for which there's anything like a complete spoken language is Elven, IF you want to use Tolkien's version of it from the Lord of the Rings...
A 3rd Edition D&D book had an illustration of written alphabets for a couple of languages in the game, notably Dwarven and Draconic, but that's it.
