Man... I'm freaking out.

I'm on an island, in a cabin, in the middle of the night, and it's really starting to get to me. It's weird, while in town I stay up late alone all the time, watch horror movies, and don't bat an eye. But here... I don't know. I think it's the isolation. And these damn clocks. They're deafeningly loud. Every second, it's "Cli-click!". And I think I hear something huge breathing downstairs. Man it's dark. Guess that's what happens when you get away from all those city lights. Very dark.

Sounds like the time my brother had his ghost encounter. Everyone knows someone that's had one... Course when you see one you always freeze up, unable to move. I'd suggest staying where you are and if the air begins getting colder and the breathing seems closer... look behind you.

Watch this. It'll turn that frown upside-down.

I've had paranoia like that. First of all, turn off your cloak. It's better to lose track of time then to have no sleep. Remind yourself that nothing realistically could be downstairs. And focus on something funny. I'd suggest browsing the Internet. Whenever isolation kicks in, go to the forum. If your seriously freaked out, to the point of no sleep and refusing to go downstairs, I strongly suggest you return to society.

Or you could get so hammered you pass out and forget the whole thing ever happened. That works, too.

Dr. Owls prescribes drinking. Drinking lots and lots of alcohol.

It all worked out okay. I just jumped around corners in ninja poses until I made it to the bed. Thanks everyone.
