dood, then you'd have to keep them drunk for the rest of their lives.  Like, cameras record what happens - it don't matter if it's bein' watched right then or not.  To make sure ya get away it'd be a lot easier to just get the cameras hammered, too.

Drunk people sometimes do silly things. Like for instance delete security camera recordings. Or film themselves dancing over them.

Depends on whether or not the security cameras go to an off-site back-up or just to an office somewhere in the building.  If it's in the former, then you have two teams you need to get drunk (and an accomplice) in order to wipe/destroy/fornicate with/whatever the tapes.  But if it's the latter, then you can just go grab the tapes after the bottle.
