Or he should kill himself. When you start things like "I'll kill myself if you don't give me free stuff" it's time to stop giving free stuff. |
| #3Cpt_MichaMay 19, 2011 10:56:16 | I'll save us all the money and expense of having to do his funeral. I can put him in the ground for everyone, for a very reasonable rate. |
| #4Cpt_MichaMay 19, 2011 11:08:34 | That toss would be with a crane, but I was thinking similar. There's -alot- of caves out where I live. |

| #6boraxeMay 19, 2011 11:51:02 | He is a useless, selfish freak who contributes nothing to society or civilization. I say take him off the roll and see what happens. If he carries through on his threat and offs himself who really cares? If he doesn't then at least he's not living off the government and is proven to be a lying fraud. Either way no more public cash goes to this guy and no one has to hear about or care about him any more. Seems like a win all 'round. |
| #7iqwinnMay 19, 2011 12:44:57 | “Given that Mr. Thornton is able to determine what is appropriate attire and actions in public, drive himself to complete errands, design and custom-make baby furniture to support a 350-pound adult and run an Internet support group, it is possible that he has been improperly collecting disability benefits for a period of time,” Mr. Coburn wrote in a letter Monday to Inspector General Patrick P. O'Carroll Jr. YA THINK, SENATOR?!?!?! |
| #8zombie_babiesMay 19, 2011 12:47:34 | I actually saw that show and thought he was on disability for something unrelated to his lifestyle. So I didn't really care. But if he's getting money specifically to RP a baby, damn yo, that's messed up. And he's crossin' genres, too, man. I mean, 'I'll kill myself if I don't get my way!' ain't baby talk, it's teen talk. lrn2rpn008. ![]() |
| #9EscherEnigmaMay 19, 2011 13:34:50 | Yeah, sounds like he's on disability, not on "I want to be a baby". He just happens to be using his disability checks to help with his fantasy. |
| #10zombie_babiesMay 19, 2011 13:43:01 | That's the way I understood it but the article made me question that for some reason. The only thing I know for sure is that it's a er er to get on disability. Took my friend's mom twenty five years to finally get approved and they gave my fiancee's step dad - who was injured in two car accidents that were not his fault and cannot function without these pain patches that contain a level of drugs that is fatal to most people - doesn't get much of anything. My friend had a hell of a time getting approved, too. Meh, whatever. If his disability ain't for baby play then what he spends his money on is his prerogative. If it is, that's stupid. Cuz wantin' to be a baby may be off but it ain't disabling. If anything, an investigation would need to be done to see if he's just shirkin' work. The show did see him build the high chair and hear him talk about his other projects - including his home made crib. While not masterpieces of woodworking, they did show an ability. |
