I think we can all agree that no MMORPG is perfect. Even the ones we like have something that we think should have been done differently. Certainly, no MMORPG is perfect for everyone.

What would your near-perfect MMORPG be like? Using only elements from MMORPGs that have already been made and played by at least....let's say 10,000 people minimum, re-combine them into a close approximation of your perfect MMORPG.

It wouldn't be a challenge that way, would it? Besides, game companies don't want to innovate. They want to steal what someone else already did.

Dual-Class like in Guild Wars (original) or Runes of Magic.

Set number of skills instead of infinite like in Guild Wars, League of Legends, Diablo III or such.

Items with random properties like in the Diablo series.

Hack-'n-slash like in Diablo.

Different modes of PvP. (LoL style, arena style, seige-defend style, ect.)

Customization like Skyrim.

More than one look for armor sets.

No raging scrubs. (I can hope.)

Easily accesable PvE content.

Scaling level like in Guild Wars 2.

The best advancement system was in UO.  Skills.  That's all you need.  Screw levels.
