I doubt the fuse was armed, but I'm not sure.

Apr 02, 2011 21:58:29 My personal favorite was a video of an insurgent with a mortar. Drops mortar into tube, "Allah Akbar!", and a second time, "Allah Akbar!", and a third, "Allah Akbar!", and a forth, BOOM! No sign of the guy as the smoke clears.. First time a saw it I laughed my ass off and quipped, "Yes, Allah is indeed Akbar."

You're probably right. I'd say there's very very little chance that it actually experienced enough force to arm it. Not to mention that if it was a point detonating fuze, from the angle it was going it doesn't look like it landed nose down.
