| #3batshidoDec 09, 2008 12:07:11 | Druid. Ironically, Druid + Just about anything is less munchkin. And if we're going for pure cheese, I always found the Locate City to kill everyone trick entertaining on an intellectual level. |
| #4MusicOfCreationDec 09, 2008 21:23:50 | I can't remember the exact combo but one of my friends was able to use monk and one of the classes in the psionic's book to be able to have a speed of about 90 or so and able to get reach out to 4 squares with his spiked chain. |
| #5pigknightDec 09, 2008 21:26:51 | One of my friends made a 7th level knight with 35~39 AC, ~24 Fort, ~33 Ref, and ~26 Will. And he still was a dangerous trippin' maniac. Then we switched to 4e. |

Psionic Monks were a hobby of mine when I actually got to play (instead of DM). Monk/Ardents were especially fierce. I loved chaining short teleports to Psionic Lions Charge to charge and Flurry, then port away to do it again. I killed one campaign's main villain before he even introduced himself with that trick. After that, they told me I couldn't play Monks anymore. ![]() So I started doing it with Barbarians instead. ;) |
| #7WebsterDec 10, 2008 20:43:28 | I once brought a box of 50 Dunkin Donuts Munchkins to a game. Does that count? :D |
| #8ciaranDec 11, 2008 0:11:35 | DM controlled PCs with rings of wishes? |
| #9sallaDec 11, 2008 0:17:27 | Druid + player with half a brain. |
| #10boj0Dec 11, 2008 8:34:22 | Goliath Frenzied Berserker with max STR, +5 large goliath warhammer, and Leap Attack; yeah he was fun to crit with. |

| #12Cpt_MichaDec 11, 2008 10:56:41 | Bats please post that one. It's a classic. Almost more than anything that one is a shining example of broken. My contribution. Cleric. With a player that realizes that "You know what healing the Fighter every turn is just a waste of time and actions" Next Favorite. Diplomancer. Third favorite. Arcane Strike+Snowflake Wardance+Two Weapon Fighting= Stupid good melee damage. Get out of the Party Fighter and Rogue alike. We have the Bard now. Sweet bonus. You can have both of the last two as the same character no less. All of mine 3.5 examples. |
| #13batshidoDec 11, 2008 13:07:31 | Share. Unfortunately without my 3E books (I donated them to the local YMCA), I don't know exactly how to recreate it. The broad strokes are that you start with the Locate City spell. You then tack on one metamagic feat that adds a second effect and (more importantly) a Reflex Save. At that point, there's another metamagic feat that adds another damage component onto any spell with a Reflex save, and deals half damage on a miss. Basically, you scry for this city, something strange happens (via the first metamagic feat) then they all get engulfed in flames and rocketted out of the area (Explosive Spell was another favorite for this trick), killing every commoner in town. I really wish I could remember what the specific feats were, but it's been so long since I messed with that stuff. Maybe someone else will chime in with the actual names. |

I think it is double or 10X speed on a charge once an hour... |
