Was that, this launching? It was a plane.  Multiple sources confirmed it by comparing the time stamp of the recording to flight records.  There was a plane in the area at that time and the film was a result of the contrail and the angle at which the film was shot.  To verify this, they recreated the shot soon after.  Cuz they know planes fly that route, when they do and where the shot was captured from.  It was nearly identical.
