Not surprised at all. House is obviously to close to the firing range.

You get complaints of people living in the area of the reno air races every year. The people want to shut them down as they are too noisy. Well who is the moron who built houses under an active airport?

Sometimes airports are built near already existing houses. Who is the moron that builds an airport near a bunch of houses?

Dec 07, 2011 22:49:32 IIRC, the Mythbusters detonated some explosives a couple years ago that ended up breaking windows over a mile away and tossing some lady off her couch. I think it was for the "knock your socks off" episode. The windows all got replaced the same day, and the residents of the town took it more-or-less in stride.

Dec 08, 2011 8:41:18 I read this article about an hour ago. Looks like the homeowners are gonna sue. Can't say I blame 'em, I would probably do the same. Someone could have been killed. The range has been shut down, too. I just really, really hope that this doesn't hurt the show too badly. A high profile suit (likely a high profile settlement) may wreck everything. Hell, the publicity alone may do it. And without that range, they're screwed. If they can only do non-explosive stuff from now on, the show will suffer, too. If Kari, Grant and Tory are let go, the show will hurt. Meh, it just sucks. Sucks for the Mythbusters, sucks for the people who had damage done to their homes and it - most importantly - could suck for me if the show takes a hit. Just bad news.

She popped. And rebounded. With some increased ... uhh ... yeah. So, you're like totally missin' out.
