Professor gets fired after he points out bad science (and other in study performed by CARB Air Polution Specialist Hein T. Tran. I guess having a "diploma" (from a diploma mill) only gets you a fine of 2 months salary, and a demotion (but, he still is qualified to be a CARB Air Polution Specialist apparently). Mary Nichols who failed to inform the rest of the CARB board of the fraud before their vote (which passed based upon Tran's study), still serves on the board (Jerry Brown reappointed her).
