We are seeking guys and girls who are at least 18 years old and who appear under 25, who are struggling to lose 40-80 lbs. With this show, MTV wants to acknowledge and recognize the lifetime of physical and emotional struggles that young adults face today when it comes to fitness and health. It is a very heartfelt show that provides people with the tools they need, including the Bod Squad to help them make a complete lifestyle change and lose the weight once and for all.
