The title says it.  A pointless question probably, but I was wondering why none of the Essentials stuff has the d20 logo.  Do they not have to use it anymore?

Heh! Oh yes I forgot....it's the new generation of "we don't keep score because that could damage self-esteem" and "everyone participated so everyone gets a trophy".  Makes sense to take the dice out of the game, wouldn't want to see a repeat of the 80's where that 12 year-old-kid's character dies and he is hurled into a life-threatening depression as 60-minutes reported back in the day.

Lol, no I guess I didn't lay on the sarcasm thick enough.

I was just curious if the lack of the d20 system logo on the Essentials products had any significance. As far as I can tell it's on every single 4e product except the Redbox, rules compendium, and heroes of forgotten lands books.

Why ... why is this here?  Was it placed here originally or was it moved from General?  In either case, the decision was incredibly wrong.

This is the Off Topic Tavern.  The overall 'topic' is D&D.  Therefore, this place is not the proper place for D&D discussions.  Duhs.

Well yeah.  But I'm doing it so it's totally cool in my view.

Your face is incredibly wrong.

Edit.....oh yeah, I also forgot to put my thumbs in my ears, wiggle my fingers and stick out my tongue.

That's a pretty severe lapse of memory.  I'll forgive it, though.  This time ...
