Mar 20, 2010 3:11:51 That's a toddler. It's one thing to be forgetful. It's another to neglect to be certain that your toddler is with his father or mother or grandmother and not really care until a day or two later.

Obviously there isn't enough information to know exactly how the parents acted/reacted. But it doesn't seem like they were quick to do much.
