Also, I do not like when others, i.e. people or organizations try to dictate if, when or how I'm supposed to get my dogs speutered. One can have an intact dog without the so called "oops" litter. I'm an advocate for responsible ownership but people seem to prefer the "lazy" ownership over responsibility.
