Acttually, I think tabacco taxes went up not too long ago by about a dollar or so.

It may take him a while. With what he was charged, he probably bough cigarettes that will be made from tabacco plants that haven't been planted yet.

With that kind of money, probably cigarettes from tabacco plants that haven't been planted yet on planets we don't even know about yet. Actually I think he'd be able to pay for the funding to get a space program going to actually start planting tabacco on different planets and making smokes from them.
