This somehow actually puts me in the mood for some of that classic Taco Bell beef-paste.

I don't think you can even call it beef-paste. More like paste with beef flavor.

Similar to McDonald's fake maple oatmeal (in accordance to Vermont's policies).

When you're eating Taco Bell, something tells me that food quality is not high on your priority list.

Yep, it's why I eat that crap, too.  Cheap, quick and filling enough.  Just not high quality stuff.

Del Taco has slightly higher quality than Taco Hell does (I especially love their Macho Nachos with steak...don't ask for a calorie count).

Another chain I like is Los Betos.  Very good food with reasonable prices.  Still a bit carb-heavy, but spicy enough to satisfy my palate.

I generally still prefer to make my own tacos... as I do my own hamburgers Tongue out Taste so much better.

For food on the go I prefer Burger King, but I'd rather get something healthy. You can get a decent pasta or a big meal-salad at many fast food joints here, especially on a trainstation, if you want. Or just a good sandwich.

Also I found that the only burger at McDonalds that actually tastes like a burger instead of cardboard is the vegetarian one. Ironic.

On the rare occasion I do eat Taco Bell stuff, I try to get chicken anyway.  I wonder how fake the dead bird is ...

No Taco Bell o'er the Pond, or at least this part of the Old World.
In fact, there's apparently no good Mexican in Warsaw. WTF? There's plenty in Poznan.

Well, the lack of a Taco Bell isn't in any way contributing to the lack of good Mexican food.

I've not been impressed with Burger King.  I prefer Jack in the Box, esp their tacos.  Spicy....mmmmmmmmm

Their sirloin burger is good, too.

For a really good burger, Five Guys is hard to beat.  The wife and I can get two large burgers, made to order, with a regular order of cajun fries and two large drinks, for less than $20 US.  If you like peanuts, you get a good serving of them free with your order.
